This song recently came into my head. It reminds me of 1 year ago so much its kinda scary. The nights unable to sleep, the nausea setting in, and then the Bright Lights coming back into the scene. I guess I never really appreciated what Ellie did for me last year, these songs, especially this one, were what I listened to during the healing part of the rough patch. The GAD is still there, theres still moments of angst, but I need to keep telling myself the positive things. For those stuck, or just getting started, I know how you feel :) you aren’t alone and never EVER feel like you are not good enough. You’re at least good enough to talk to me and that would make me happy :) Have a good night
